📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and communicate delivery and release plans, including scope, scale, capacity, dependencies, and risks • Advise leaders and teams on achievable scope, risks, dependencies, and capacity prioritization • Track delivery performance and team progress toward planned release scope • Detect early risk signals, identify issues, and coordinate resolution across teams • Ensure delivery readiness and compliance with SDLC, quality, security, privacy, and corporate compliance standards • Identify IT controls and release exceptions, coordinating scheduling, approval, and mitigation • Coordinate and evolve CI/CD pipeline environmental requirements to maximize automation, security, and quality • Lead or support delivery-system improvements, automation, tooling enhancements, and governance improvements • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing delivery insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations • Manage release-day activities and software distribution and launch-day activities • Drive continuous improvement and refine release definitions of ready and done

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including significant experience managing delivery within a software development organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience working in a software development company • Experience in a software delivery support role • Experience as a Lean-Agile practitioner • Agile certification(s) and/or extensive experience in an Agile delivery environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong collaborative skills • Demonstrated proficiency with facilitation and influencing others • Strong facilitation and project management skill • Strong analytical skills to define and refine the release process from planning to software distribution • Strong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into implementation of new ideas and design solutions • Self-motivated with ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight • Strong attention to detail • Understanding of SDLC • Significant experience creating and refining release Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • General knowledge of work tracking tools such as TFS, Jira, or similar • Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems • C1 level of English proficiency • Up to 10% travel time required
