• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and blockchain space, with a focus on native Web3 projects, to drive business growth and expand product reach. • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap and company objectives. • Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations to maximize value and accelerate product growth. • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strong relationships, enhance brand visibility, and explore partnership prospects. • Work closely with the product team to gather partner and user feedback, providing actionable insights to shape the product roadmap and feature enhancements. • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, partnership outcomes, and revenue generation, delivering regular reports to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and growth. • Exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols, with a proven ability to stay ahead of cutting-edge developments. • Strong grasp of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in Web3, with the ability to anticipate shifts and identify high-impact opportunities. • Demonstrated ability to stay informed on the latest Web3 innovations, tools, and platforms, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry. • Well-established connections with native Web3 projects, protocols, and communities, with a track record of fostering meaningful partnerships. • Outstanding ability to negotiate high-stakes deals and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and achieving measurable outcomes in the Web3 space. • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills and creative approaches to challenges.
