📋 Description

• Participate in the development process from the refinement stage, challenging business rules, assessing testability, and transforming acceptance criteria into verifiable scenarios • Plan and execute projects by preparing and carrying out comprehensive test plans within deadlines and acceptance criteria • Apply risk-based testing, prioritizing efforts according to business criticality, technical complexity, and defect history • Guide the testing strategy across different products and modules, covering unit, integration, contract, UI, E2E, and non-functional testing • Architect, evolve, and scale automation frameworks and infrastructure, ensuring reuse, parallel execution, and reproducible environments • Promote best practices for version control in automated test repositories • Implement quality gates in CI/CD pipelines, including static analysis, coverage, and performance thresholds • Suggest, document, and evolve Software Quality standards, templates, and policies, including policies for the use of AI in testing • Apply AI to assisted test-suite generation, regression prioritization, failure triage, and defect analysis, with human validation and protection of sensitive data • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies through proofs of concept • Define test-data and test-environment management strategies • Lead measurable process-optimization initiatives, reducing lead time, flaky tests, and rework • Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Analysts through code reviews and internal training • Advise developers on testability, unit testing, and integration testing • Support leadership in communicating quality risks to Product, Architecture, Operations, and customers • Occasionally generate solution packages, support customer configuration, and conduct training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality, with strong experience in test automation and non-functional testing • Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related fields • Advanced hands-on experience using different testing approaches and techniques in highly complex environments and projects • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C# or Python; and in design patterns • Experience creating and maintaining custom frameworks, shared libraries, and distributed execution strategies • Advanced experience with code version-control models, such as Git Flow • Hands-on experience with UI testing (Playwright), API testing (REST Assured, Playwright API, or Postman), contract testing, and mobile testing where applicable • Hands-on experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), with quality gates and parallel execution • Hands-on experience with Docker and knowledge of Kubernetes; cloud-based test infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Hands-on experience implementing and executing performance and load tests (k6, JMeter), resilience testing, and application security fundamentals • Hands-on experience testing APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and integrations with legacy systems • Ability to conduct defect investigations, generate test data, and validate calculations using advanced SQL • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, integrating LLMs into testing workflows, and critically evaluating results • Experience in environments that use agile frameworks • CTFL or higher software testing certification • Experience in regulated environments and insurance-industry systems • Basic English proficiency for reading and consuming training materials
