• Plan, execute and evaluate training programs (in-person and online) aligned with business needs. • Gather training and development needs from business areas using gap analysis, feedback and metrics. • Develop internal content and adapt materials for different audiences, ensuring instructional quality and engagement. • Manage partners and vendors for technical and behavioral/soft-skills training. • Administer LMS platforms, ensuring learning paths, courses and reports are up to date. • Measure training results and impact, building KPIs and reports for executive leadership. • Support leadership development initiatives such as internal programs, workshops and team-building activities. • Contribute to Individual Development Plans (IDPs), providing methodological support and tools. • Participate in employee engagement and climate initiatives, supporting result analysis and action plans. • Conduct benchmarking on training & development (T&D) practices and market trends. • Promote development actions through employees' and leaders' Individual Development Plans. • Identify high-potential employees, key people, critical roles and succession plans. • Review or create T&D policies and manuals, ensuring process standardization. • Identify improvements in the performance cycle and implement them each cycle, define schedules and ensure completion of stages, and monitor calibration sessions.
• Training & development (T&D) methodologies and practices (andragogy, learning paths, leadership programs, climate surveys, performance evaluation). • Project management applied to training and development. • Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools. • Basic knowledge of performance evaluation and feedback tools. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint). • Clear communication and facilitation skills. • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields. • Intermediate English preferred (for interaction with vendors or content).
