📋 Description

• Contribute from the refinement stage by reviewing business rules, suggesting improvements, and assessing testability • Derive test scenarios and cases from functional and technical specifications, covering successful, alternative, and disallowed flows, with structured evidence • Plan and execute projects, ensuring the preparation and execution of test plans and regression tests while meeting deadlines and acceptance criteria • Propose and implement distributed automated test coverage based on the test pyramid concept, prioritizing API and integration tests over end-to-end (E2E) UI tests • Manage test data, including creation through APIs or scripts, with versioned, masked, and reproducible data • Apply generative AI to scenario derivation, script refactoring, test data generation, and the reduction of repetitive tasks, with human review • Perform root-cause analysis of escaped defects and propose preventive actions related to processes, testing, or architecture • Review automation pull requests and provide technical support to Junior Test Analysts • Keep test and defect management tools up to date, ensuring the integrity of metrics data • Occasionally generate solution packages and send them to clients, support client configuration, and provide training on the solution developed

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of different testing approaches and techniques • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (C# or Python) and good coding practices • Hands-on experience with Playwright and API automation (REST Assured, Playwright API, or Postman) • Experience with code versioning workflows (GitFlow) • Knowledge of creating and maintaining automated pipeline runs (Azure DevOps) • Knowledge of design patterns applied to automation (Page Object, SOLID), component reuse, and test repository organization • Ability to write intermediate-level SQL queries for data validation, defect investigation, and test data preparation • Active and structured use of AI assistants in the daily automation and test planning/execution workflow • Preferred: experience in environments that adopt agile frameworks • Preferred: certification in software testing, CTFL or higher • Preferred: experience in regulated environments and insurance industry systems • Preferred: basic English proficiency for reading and completing training
