📋 Description

• Assess the current application, including pages, libraries, lists, metadata, navigation, permissions, components, and support processes • Define the target architecture and future-state SharePoint Online experience • Design improvements to information navigation, classification, lifecycle, ownership, and presentation • Architect governed processes for document intake, upload, publication, approval, validation, updates, and communication of document-related issues • Determine the appropriate use of native SharePoint functionality, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework, Telerik, Colligo, and custom components • Evaluate Telerik components for compatibility, accessibility, performance, security, sustainability, and supportability • Evaluate, design, and govern Colligo-enabled document and email management experiences • Define Colligo integration with libraries, metadata, content types, permissions, retention, and lifecycle rules • Ensure that Power Platform, Telerik, Colligo, and custom components reinforce SharePoint governance and controls • Establish standards for environments, packaging, testing, deployment, updates, solution maintenance, and lifecycle management • Provide technical guidance to the SharePoint Development Engineer and participate in implementation decisions and technical reviews • Collaborate with information architecture, Microsoft Fabric, AI, Copilot, security, and governance teams • Produce a prioritized improvement backlog and architecture recommendations for progression to production • Contribute to a modernization project while maintaining SharePoint Online as the central environment for information, collaboration, and document management • Design integrations with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake for ingesting selected SharePoint documents, metadata, and data

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in solution architecture with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 • Proven experience architecting solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate • Practical knowledge of SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs, identity, authentication, and permissions • Experience designing document-centric processes and modern SharePoint experiences • Experience defining application architecture, governance, and lifecycle management in the Power Platform • Ability to evaluate alternatives across native configuration, low-code, commercial products, and custom development • Experience evaluating and governing third-party components used in Microsoft 365 environments • Knowledge of ALM practices, source control, packaging, testing, deployment, updates, and solution maintenance • Knowledge of security, accessibility, user experience, performance, and sustainability practices for enterprise solutions • Ability to produce architecture documentation, technical standards, solution decisions, and prioritized backlogs • Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate in writing and verbally in corporate and technical environments • Architectural perspective and the ability to make decisions based on value, risk, cost, and sustainability • Clear communication with technical professionals, managers, and business stakeholders • Technical leadership and development team mentoring capabilities • Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills • Consultative approach and the ability to recommend pragmatic solutions • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and technology vendors • Organization, prioritization, and attention to detail • Commitment to governance, quality, security, and documentation • Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone • Nice to have: experience with Telerik, Colligo, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Search, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, or Microsoft certifications
