• Identify market opportunities for franchise expansion. • Deliver impactful presentations on the business model. • Negotiate and close contracts with new franchisees. • Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with the brand's values. • Guide new franchisees through their initial steps and provide onboarding support. • Monitor franchise performance and recommend strategic improvements. • Act as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring a healthy and productive relationship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Experience as a Business Consultant or Field Consultant within franchise networks. • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication. • Analytical ability to interpret market data and candidate profiles. • Proactive and results-oriented. • Experience in franchise expansion and closing new deals. • Knowledge of growth strategies and the franchising market. • Commercial profile with an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision.
• Fixed R$5,000.00 (PJ/contractor) + commission per franchise sale and network performance
