📋 Description

• Documenting operational processes and implementing streamlined processes where applicable • Maintaining and updating shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials • Helping to develop process improvements and/or automation • Assisting with data collection and data analysis • Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management • Assisting in preparation of internal and client deliverables, including submission of invoices to eTrack • Solving quantitative and qualitative problems • Coordinating and collaborating with program implementation team members as well as other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Customer Care • Ensuring key performance indicators are met by continuous review of operational success • Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Technology, Environment, or related subject) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office highly preferred (specifically Excel) • Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-orientation skills • Ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and oral communications • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information • Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors • Energy efficiency program implementation experience • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
