📋 Description

• Assisting the V.P. and leadership in providing overall leadership to teams assisting and implementing post-disaster recovery efforts. • Scheduling and assigning staff. • Allocating resources, assessing risk and managing risk. • Coordinating various components that contribute to the project as a whole to ensure on-time delivery. • Ensuring that task deadlines are understood and achieved. • Keeping all parties informed of progress and any outstanding issues. • Oversight and management of subcontractors. • Ensuring deliverables are completed compliantly, on schedule and of high quality. • Validate progress and quality of Construction Managers performance, track and confirm noted items are addressed and regularly communicate results. • Follow-up with staff, subcontractors and construction managers on expectations and progress of tasks. • Assist project leadership and staff with client requests by providing data, reports and other required information and in ensuring quality control of all information provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • 8+ years of combined program and project management experience. • 5+ years of in-depth experience with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. • 2+ years of experience project managing a successful high-volume housing recovery program. • Able and willing to travel (flight and vehicle) for program needs as directed. • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
