âą Manage the technical preparation of submission documents, including individual and compound documents âą Meet client document standards for formatting, timeliness, and submission readiness âą Provide publishing services using industry-standard publishing tools, including submission-ready formatting, hyperlinking, and bookmarking âą Review documents for legibility, format, completeness, and accuracy according to electronic submission standards âą Provide document management services in a submissions document repository in accordance with quality standards âą Independently plan and execute assignments
âą Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field âą 1 to 3 years in document production, publishing, or similar operations roles âą Proficiency in submission-related Health Authority and industry regulations and guidelines, as relevant âą Knowledge of publishing software, electronic document management systems, and intra- and inter-document linking âą Strong word-processing skills âą Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat âą Knowledge of templates and complex document formats âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail âą Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
