📋 Description

• Oversee project and programme management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations • Direct and provide day-to-day technical oversight to the Project Management function • Ensure adherence to best practices and project success • Lead and mentor the project management team • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department and organization • Direct the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and successful completion of regionally assigned programs and projects • Ensure alignment of projects with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency, resource allocation, and risk management • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges, implementing solutions to achieve project milestones and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • Proven in-depth experience working in a clinical laboratory within a CRO, Biopharmaceutical company, or related organization • Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III studies • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading teams • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 35%) • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
