📋 Description

• Support project management teams by analyzing data, monitoring project performance, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope • Support the Regulatory Project Services team with project management, coordination, budget, and billing management of Regulatory Consulting Solutions projects • Work closely with RPS Regulatory Project Managers, ICON project leads, and clients • Contribute to project and programme management activities and take responsibility for deliverables • Analyze project data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations • Support development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in life sciences • 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or study in Project Management or Regulatory or a related field • General Business and/or Finance-related experience is a plus • Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work to tight deadline • Shift Working - 2pm to 11pm IST • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
