• Lead cross-functional project management teams for global Phase II and III studies in the APAC region • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated projects • Develop successful working relationships with clients • Plan, schedule, and implement cross-functional projects • Define project scope, resource requirements, and deliverables • Develop risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and issue resolution • Proactively manage study budgets and changes in scope • Collaborate with Business Development to complete change orders on time • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools • Implement quality control activities and monitor quality metrics • Manage cross-functional project teams, provide project training, and develop succession plans • Manage projects according to contract requirements, including budgets, invoicing, progress reporting, and quality control • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new avenues for growth
• 2+ years’ experience in full-scope project management • At least 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/clinical research industry • Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations • Basic knowledge of drug development and clinical trials processes • Relevant industry experience with progression of responsibility • Experience working within clinical, data management, statistical management, or related project teams • Experience in leadership and/or management activities with satisfactory progression • APAC regional project management experience preferred • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers • Fluent English communication ability • Minimum bachelor's or master's degree in a Health Science background; clinical or pharmacy major preferred • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
