âą Lead external packaging, labeling, and distribution activities for assigned clinical studies, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, quality standards, and GMP requirements âą Coordinate with third-party contractors, internal stakeholders, and supply chain partners to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and mitigate operational risks âą Oversee clinical supply documentation, including packaging specifications, labeling content, batch records, and execution readiness activities âą Manage communication with external vendors to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with study requirements and performance expectations âą Track study milestones, supply activities, and key performance metrics, providing clear status updates to project teams and stakeholders âą Support implementation of new external supply strategies, supplier onboarding activities, and continuous improvement initiatives âą Ensure accurate, compliant, and inspection-ready documentation while maintaining data integrity across clinical supply operations âą Act as a subject matter expert in clinical packaging, labeling, distribution, and related supply chain processes
âą Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline âą Significant experience in clinical supplies, packaging operations, supply chain management, or logistics within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry âą Strong understanding of Clinical Trial Supply processes, including packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management âą Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, GCP, and global regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies âą Experience managing third-party contractors, external vendors, or outsourced clinical supply activities âą Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment âą Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail âą Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization âą Demonstrated commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
