📋 Description

• Lead proposal development tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement • Manage and oversee the full grant lifecycle, including proposal review, award management, compliance monitoring, and reporting • Analyze and evaluate grant proposals, budgets, and performance against organizational goals and funding requirements • Ensure adherence to grant regulations, donor requirements, internal policies, and grant-management best practices • Prepare and present reports on grant performance, financial status, and compliance, including recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with finance, program managers, and external partners on grant-related activities and initiatives • Monitor industry trends, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes to inform grant-management practices and strategic decisions • Mentor and train junior staff • Lead improvements to grant-management processes and practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in grants management and administration • Proven track record managing complex grant processes and ensuring compliance • Deep understanding of grant regulations, donor requirements, and grant-management best practices • Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating grant proposals, assessing budgets, and providing strategic recommendations • Proficiency in grants management software and financial reporting tools • Experience with ERP systems is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building effective stakeholder and team relationships • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple grants and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
