📋 Description

• Manage and optimize resource allocation across clinical trials and research projects. • Manage resource planning activities, including allocation of personnel, equipment, and other resources across multiple clinical projects. • Collaborate with project managers and department leaders to assess resource needs, forecast demand, and ensure efficient utilization. • Develop and maintain resource planning tools and systems to track availability, usage, and future needs. • Identify resource bottlenecks, gaps, or inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation. • Provide reports and strategic insights to leadership on resource trends, usage, and projections. • Mentor colleagues and guide others in site resourcing and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. • Significant experience in resource planning, project management, or operations, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector. • Flexible to work in shift (8 AM to 5 PM IST) to support communication with counterparts based in far east Asian countries like Japan. • Proficiency in resource management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing resource needs in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
