📋 Description

• Lead and manage medium to high complexity clinical trials or low complexity clinical trial programs with full accountability for project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, budgets, resources, and performance metrics • Own study-level client relationships and establish communication standards to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery • Manage project profitability through budget oversight, revenue recognition, forecasting, resource management, and scope-change management • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans • Establish quality standards, monitor deliverables, and implement corrective and preventative actions • Lead cross-functional project teams to successful study completion and maintain accountability through project reviews • Represent Project Leadership in client meetings, bid pursuits, investigator meetings, and professional conferences • Mentor Project Leaders and junior staff and support program management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or in a regulated environment with proven success managing complex projects • Advanced project management and strategic thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong conflict management abilities • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, analyze complex situations, and develop nonstandard solutions • Patient-focused mindset, high accountability, and strong attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project planning software, and standard clinical research systems (CTMS, EDC, IXRS, TMF) • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and embrace Parexel's High-Performance Culture principles • Bachelor's degree in a science or medical-related field • Proven advanced project management experience in healthcare, clinical research, or contract research organization • Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships at the project level • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
