📋 Description

• Delivers the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources • Assists in building and refining data dashboards and reports • Uses tools to automate data collection and report generation • Contributes to analytical processes and presents data insights to stakeholders • Performs data investigations, routine data mining, validation, and reconciliation • Identifies trends and variances supporting strategic initiatives • Supports business intelligence projects and change management initiatives • Participates in implementing new analytics tools and techniques • Presents data insights and develops visual aids such as charts and graphs • Shares knowledge of emerging trends in data analytics • Supports improvements to data analytics working processes and departmental initiatives • Identifies data-driven insights to improve customer experiences
