📋 Description

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring timely accounts receivables • Provide in-depth training, education, onboarding, and marketing support for Ormco’s Spark Aligners digital portfolio • Respond to and resolve customer queries • Convert key brand business to Ormco’s digital product suite • Apply company sales training policies and procedures • Communicate new product ideas and extensions to Marketing • Create and use sales and educational strategies to increase customer utilization and education in the territory • Comply with corporate policies and organizational and regulatory norms • Develop and use territory management tools, including account coverage, fiscal management, block plans, and budget compliance • Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective action • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management • Prepare weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other assigned reports • Demonstrate products using selling aids and clinically established techniques • Estimate customer delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules • Prepare business transaction reports and maintain expense accounts • Maintain all reporting requirements under established guidelines • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and delivery providers to support supply chain management

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • 5+ years of orthodontic industry experience in a sales or training role • Graduate degree in dentistry, medicine, science, or engineering, preferably with an MBA • Strong organizational skills and proven time management skills • Ability to work independently and creatively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to develop ongoing professional relationships with customers • Ability to educate and nurture customers during the learning phase • Results-oriented • High agility and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
