📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and maintain complex statistical programs for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting in clinical trials • Collaborate with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams to interpret study requirements and implement statistical analyses accurately • Prepare and review statistical analysis plans, programming specifications, and derived datasets to meet regulatory standards • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations, including ICH/GCP guidelines • Mentor junior programmers and assist in training team members on programming techniques and best practices • Take responsibility for statistical programming deliverables in a sponsor-dedicated model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline • Proven experience as a statistical programmer within the clinical research industry, with strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and programming • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python, with experience in clinical data management systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
