• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the higher education sector • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers (CIO, COO, Vice Chancellor) • Deliver consultative sales presentations and AI solution demos • Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams • Forecast pipeline and exceed sales targets
• Proven success in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or EdTech • Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles • Strong understanding of higher education challenges • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills • Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI solutions • Previous sales management experience is a plus
• Competitive Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 basic + OTE • Flexible & Remote Working Options • Enhanced Pension Scheme: 5% employer contribution • Generous Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays • Annual Work-from-Home Allowance: £1,200
