⢠Work hands-on within your team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of features and technical solutions ⢠Lead technical modernization efforts within your team while enabling delivery of new functionality, including AI-related features ⢠Raise engineering standards and practices across the backend, and help solve problems shared across multiple teams ⢠Help teams turn ambiguous, poorly defined problems into a clear plan of action when experience or confidence is lacking ⢠Contribute to the growth of engineers around you through mentoring, input into personal development plans, and recommendations on skills, resources, or courses ⢠Balance hands-on delivery with acting as an enabler for other engineers and processes, rather than simply directing others' work
đŻ Requirements
⢠Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# / .NET ⢠Solid experience with automated testing, DevOps practices, and working with databases ⢠A strong product mindset - understanding of the business and product context behind technical decisions ⢠Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate as a peer with senior engineers, without needing tasks broken down for you ⢠Comfort with responsibilities beyond pure technical delivery, such as mentoring, cross-team collaboration, or representing the team on broader initiatives ⢠Strong communication skills and an Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English. ⢠Nice to have: Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-related features ⢠Experience with system design and architecture-level decision-making
