📋 Description

• Lead the digital growth and e commerce strategy, with a clear roadmap tied to revenue, conversion, and customer experience outcomes • Own the vision and evolution of our digital platforms, including website, portals, and e commerce capabilities • Develop and optimize end to end customer journeys, using data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure digital platforms support commercial workflows, content strategy, and channel needs • Establish and track KPIs; continuously test, learn, and optimize performance • Build business cases for new digital capabilities and manage execution with cross functional teams • Lead and develop a small team and external partners focused on digital experience and growth • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future digital investments

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or digital product leadership, preferably in B2B or industrial manufacturing • Proven success launching or scaling B2B e-commerce and digital platforms • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills • Preferred: Experience supporting distributor or hybrid go-to-market models • Global business exposure
