📋 Description

• Providing comprehensive, top-tier remote administrative support to our senior executive leadership team. • Managing complex executive schedules, including organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring all appointments, follow-ups, and strategic activities. • Ensuring the smooth coordination of the daily executive agenda, preparing leaders for key discussions, and aligning internal and external stakeholders. • Handling guest management, coordinating communication with distinguished guests, confirming attendance, arranging meeting logistics, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all invitees. • Responsible for project coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications across technology and digital transformation projects remain aligned and on track. • Tracking progress, preparing status reports, maintaining updated documentation, coordinating between departments, and ensuring all initiatives flow smoothly under executive supervision. • Drafting, proofreading, and refining high-level emails, presentations, reports, and executive documents in both Arabic and English. • Preparing board materials, KPI updates, strategic notes, and supporting the executive team in decision-making processes. • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, excellent time management, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Coordinator supporting C-level leadership. • Previous experience in the technology, software, or digital transformation industry is highly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Excellent skills in virtual communication and remote coordination via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack , and other collaboration tools. • Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars , appointments, and high-level business activities. • Strong experience in project coordination , documentation, and follow-up on deliverables. • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion . • Exceptional organizational skills , attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, resourceful approach. • Ability to work within Riyadh time zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) consistently. • High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment in a remote work environment.
