📋 Description

• Take full ownership of key domains in the Spanish market • Define and execute yearly sitewide optimisation plans, domain recovery action plans, and OKR-level initiatives • Act as SEO project owner, delivering measurable work on schedule and within scope • Lead SEO workstreams for large-scale website relaunches and migrations • Analyse inherited architecture, map domains and URLs, plan redirects, define navigation/footer strategies, and conduct pre-launch crawlability reviews • Design site architectures and internal linking strategies using traffic and referring-domain data • Optimise commercial pages including homepages, bonus, payments, live/instant-withdrawal, and no-registration pages • Plan and launch content hubs and sections and monitor post-launch performance • Run weekly ranking monitoring, monthly performance reports, competitor monitoring, and operator watch • Strengthen E-E-A-T signals through expert author profiles, author-page checks, review methodology, and trust pages • Design and run SEO experiments focused on AI Search and Google Search Console AI features • Use LLM agents and coding assistants connected to Ahrefs, Search Console, rank trackers, internal tools, and WordPress to automate monitoring, audits, briefings, and QA • Troubleshoot technical and on-page WordPress issues and coordinate fixes with the tech team • Set up and maintain rank tracking and reporting across the Spanish/LATAM portfolio • Evaluate underperforming or dormant domains and drive rebuild/repurpose decisions • Write briefs for content, design, and development teams and perform final QA before go-live • Collaborate with Off-Page SEO, Product, and Content teams • Present roadmaps, results, and recommendations to market leadership • Represent SEO in cross-team decisions • Mentor and guide junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on On-page and technical SEO experience • iGaming/affiliate experience is required • Experience owning at least one domain end to end (strategy, execution, results) • Experience leading the SEO workstream of at least one full site relaunch or migration • Demonstrable track record with measurable results in rankings, traffic, launched sections, or migrations • Native-level Spanish and excellent English • Deep understanding of Spanish and LATAM search markets and regulatory context • Strong technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, structured data, lastmod/sitemap hygiene • Confident debugging inside WordPress • Fluency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, enterprise rank trackers, crawlers, and internal tracking/reporting tools • Hands-on daily use of LLM tools and agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or similar • Concrete examples of time saved or quality gained through AI workflows • Comfort with terminal, APIs/MCP integrations and light scripting using bash, Python, or WP-CLI is a strong plus • Strong internal linking and site architecture skills backed by data • Solid grasp of E-E-A-T and content quality signals for affiliate sites • Current knowledge and experimentation with AI Search tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and Perplexity • Ability to write clear briefings and concise stakeholder reports • Proactive, self-directed, and reliable approach • Experience mentoring or guiding junior SEOs is a strong plus • Engagement with the SEO community is a plus
