📋 Description

• Fully responsible for large scale Supply Chain projects • Opening and closing fulfillment centers • Driving Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at iHerb • Management of Labor Management within iHerb facilities • Establishing a culture of process improvement in distribution centers • Developing and implementing regional and national projects and strategies • Working with Operations teams to improve efficiency and maintain labor standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering; Master's degree a plus • Generally requires a minimum of twelve (12) plus years of experience as an engineer in retail and/or e-commerce distribution • Lean/Six Sigma certification desired • Proven results in opening and closing fulfillment centers • Demonstrated experience in working closely with automation vendors • Familiarity with 3PL landscape • Experience with work measurement & performance management programs • Knowledge of conveyor design and optimization • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel and Access • Expertise in maintaining & troubleshooting conveyor systems and experience with WMS integration
