• Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments. • Assess the current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes. • Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement. • Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with clients. • Partner closely with technology teams to deploy & implement products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes. • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in ambulatory or acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services. • 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing. • Proven record of accomplishment in managing large-scale parallel transitions. • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations. • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement. • Willingness and ability to travel as required. • Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH
