📋 Description

• Partners with the Executive Vice President to establish strategic direction, operational priorities, and performance objectives for the organization. • Leads the development and implementation of business processes that drive coding efficiency, improve productivity and quality, exceed client expectations, and achieve financial targets. • Provides oversight of domestic and global coding operations, including production coding, auditing, quality assurance, and client support services. • Accountable for client implementation, operational performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent • RHIT certification; relevant coding credentials preferred • 12-15 years management experience leading coding production organization along with abstracting in ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS/CPT, modifiers • Demonstrated leadership and effective communications at various levels required • Demonstrated success at multi-level and complex client engagements required. • Demonstrated computer and software skills required, including Google Workspace, encoder/grouper, and EHRs.
