🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field • At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner • Strong skills in talent management and performance management • Knowledge of the specific characteristics and needs of Tech, Product and Ops populations • Experience in a scale-up is highly valued • Solid understanding of employment (labor) law • Analytical mindset
