📋 Description

• Implement, configure, automate, develop, and provide evolutionary support for the B2B Sales CRM project. • Translate functional requirements into Salesforce solutions, prioritizing declarative configuration and developing when necessary. • Operate with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub under version control and multi-environment deployments. • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, and formula fields. • Administer profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, queues, and assignment rules. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for operational, commercial, and management monitoring. • Design and implement Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows. • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, batch/scheduled Apex, SOQL queries, and LWC where applicable. • Implement and support REST/SOAP API integrations. • Debug logs and correct defects in QA, UAT, and post-go-live environments. • Manage metadata retrieval, validation, and deployment across Dev → UAT → Prod. • Support the functional and technical workflow for supplier claims and the supplier–account–contact–case–opportunity relationship. • Support commercial stages, SLA/milestones, and self-service portal processes when applicable. • Provide technical support and documentation to the TPO, BA, QA, and Architect.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia con Salesforce. • Mínimo 2 años en Service Cloud o Sales Cloud. • Experiencia en proyectos reales con flows avanzados, reglas de negocio, objetos custom, permisos y reportes. • Experiencia con Apex, triggers, SOQL y test classes en al menos un ciclo completo: implementación, QA/UAT y go-live. • Experiencia en control de versiones y despliegues con VS Code, Salesforce CLI y GitHub. • Conocimiento de Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Flow Builder avanzado y Approval Processes. • Conocimiento de objetos Account, Contact, Case, Opportunity, Task, Event y Custom Objects. • Conocimiento de Reports & Dashboards. • Conocimiento de LWC básico/intermedio, APIs REST/SOAP y Debug Logs. • Conocimiento de Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, GitHub y Change Sets. • Gearset/Copado deseable. • Certificaciones Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant y Service Cloud Consultant deseables.
