📋 Description

‱ Build, grow, and empower a strong network of partners, distributors, and resellers across France, turning relationships into long-term strategic alliances. ‱ Drive demand and visibility through partner events, campaigns, and joint marketing activities, while staying ahead of market trends and sharing valuable insights with the management team. ‱ Ensure partners are fully aligned and equipped, managing contracts, certifications, and agreements with precision and professionalism. ‱ Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach: inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement tools. ‱ Deeply understand customer needs, especially around Unified Communications, Contact Center, and vendor integrations, to position Imagicle as the go-to solution. ‱ Deliver impactful online demos, presentations, and sales trainings that inspire partners and customers alike. ‱ Support partners in crafting compelling quotations, proposals, and business cases that close deals and accelerate growth. ‱ Own the full sales cycle, from lead to loyalty, achieving and exceeding quarterly targets. ‱ Keep your ecosystem alive and growing, maintaining and expanding an up-to-date database of key contacts and opportunities in our CRM.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ‱ Native French speaker ‱ English proficiency (spoken and written) ‱ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively ‱ Strong listening and presentation skills ‱ Excellent relationship-building skills ‱ Traveling is often required ‱ Experience in the UC/CC/ICT market will be considered a plus
