📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a backend Software Engineering team. • Manage projects end-to-end, from design to delivery. • Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements. • Ensure code quality and enforce development best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience. • Excellent communication and team management skills. • Strong proficiency in Golang (at least 4–5 years). • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. • Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse). • Experience developing high-load applications (handling billions of records). • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Golang Test, end-to-end testing).
