âą Lead and mentor a backend Software Engineering team. âą Manage projects end-to-end, from design to delivery. âą Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures. âą Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements. âą Ensure code quality and enforce development best practices.
đŻ Requirements
âą Minimum 8 years of software development experience. âą Excellent communication and team management skills. âą Strong proficiency in Golang (at least 4â5 years). âą Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. âą Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse). âą Experience developing high-load applications (handling billions of records). âą Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Golang Test, end-to-end testing).
