📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend solutions • Contribute to the evolution of the existing architecture and propose improvements • Collaborate with frontend, product, and mobile teams • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers • Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing • Stay up to date with emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in backend development • Strong knowledge of development best practices (design patterns, testing, documentation) • Modern backend technologies (TypeScript, Node.js) • Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong skills in code quality, automated testing, and performance optimization • Ability to provide technical leadership to a team • Experience in a startup environment, ideally in fintech, is a strong plus • Serverless experience on AWS (optional) • Interest in DevOps
