📋 Description

• Independent development and management of real estate projects. • Translating energy, ESG and profitability requirements into concepts. • Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and working closely with internal departments. • Responsible for budget control and reporting. • Monitoring market, regulatory and ESG developments to further develop projects and concepts. • Central role in client communication and in building and maintaining a professional network.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in project development, particularly in the modernization and refurbishment of existing buildings. • Experience in the planning, management and implementation of real estate projects. • Ability to independently drive projects from initial idea through to realization. • Structured, decisive and interface-oriented way of working. • Understanding of financial viability, technical aspects and ESG requirements. • Ideally experience in serial construction and serial refurbishment.
