📋 Description

• Manage our creator processes end-to-end – from selection to budgeting, reporting & invoicing • Advise clients and translate social happenings into brand relevance • Combine social instinct with structure, making data-driven decisions • Build trust through clarity, sound reasoning and creative precision • Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management and Creative • Continuously optimize processes and derive actionable next steps • Establish and maintain long-term creator partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in creator/artist campaigns and talent (faces) management, either on the management side or at an agency • Extensive knowledge of diverse social media trends — beyond your For You Page • Deep understanding of platforms and their codes • Established network of relevant creators and artists • Commercial and cultural awareness • Familiarity with KPIs and the value and ROI of creator investments • Experience managing large budgets and production workflows • Confident handling of billing formalities, including KSK and related matters • Strong communication skills in German and English
