📋 Description

• Lead workstreams or smaller transformation projects end-to-end • Translate strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans • Manage client stakeholders at senior management level • Contribute to the design of operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks • Guide and support AI transformation initiatives (e.g. use case structuring, organizational integration) • Ensure high-quality delivery and project outcomes • Commercial responsibilities: Contribute to client growth, proposal development and client presentations • Support account development and identify follow-up opportunities • Take ownership of proposal modules

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role • Proven experience in delivering transformation projects • Experience in at least one of the following: Operating model or organizational design, Organizational transformation or governance, Agile transformation, Digital or AI transformation • Strong analytical and structuring skills • Ability to manage stakeholders independently • Solid understanding of the link between business and technology • Initial experience in leading teams or workstreams • Exposure to proposal work or business development • Experience in large organizations or complex environments • Certifications in relevant methodologies (e.g. Agile, Change, etc.) • Fluency in English and German.
