📋 Description

• Independently and holistically manage condominium owners' associations in accordance with the German Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz). • Act as the central point of contact for owners, supervisory boards and external partners. • Prepare and conduct owners' meetings. • Oversee modernization, maintenance and renovation measures. • Coordinate service providers, contractors and specialist planners. • Ensure transparent and regular communication with owners and supervisory boards. • Collaborate with the WEG management team and accounting to ensure smooth processes. • Monitor budgets, contracts and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in the real estate sector or a related field. • Several years of experience in WEG management. • Solid knowledge of condominium law (Wohnungseigentumsrecht). • Confident in independently managing condominium owners' associations. • Proficient with MS Office and common real estate ERP and/or CRM systems. • Independent and structured way of working. • Confident communicator with owners, supervisory boards, service providers and internal interfaces. • Responsible, reliable and solution-oriented working approach. • Team player with independent responsibility for management mandates.
