📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation • Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues • Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday HCM solutions with one or more of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and/or Talent. • Strong experience in leading and shaping the future of human capital management, including strategic planning and solution design. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change. • A passion for technology and a desire to drive digital transformation for clients, coupled with a strong business acumen. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience. • Workday certification preferred.
