• Able to work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies • Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and delivery. • Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leads. • Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing guidance and expertise. • Manage client relationships end-to-end, maintaining accountability throughout the entire client lifecycle. • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless execution.
• Fluent in English and confident in client communication to lead client conversations, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment. • Proven track record of independently managing and executing projects, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar. • 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting, with a focus on enterprise accounts. • Solid understanding of data modeling, with working SQL knowledge to query, validate, and troubleshoot data in support of analytics needs. • Strong project management skills enabling you to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish.
