📋 Description

• Provide courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented customer service • Assist with the sales process by presenting products and services clearly and persuasively • Accurately and promptly record customer orders and information • Maintain contact with customers for post-sales follow-up and retention • Collaborate with the team to achieve established sales targets • Organize and keep the customer database up to date • Answer technical questions about the products and services offered • Carefully process customer returns, complaints, and suggestions • Support inventory management and product availability • Participate in training and updates on new products and commercial policies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred) • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (preferred) • Basic knowledge of computer tools and sales systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in telesales or telephone sales (a plus) • Knowledge of products specific to the industry segment (a plus) • Proficiency with CRM tools (a plus) • Sales or customer service certifications (a plus) • A second language—English or Spanish (a plus) • Experience with social media and digital sales (a plus) • Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:32 p.m.
