📋 Description

• Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable) • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements • Maintain and update general ledger accounts • Process vendor bills and payments • Issue invoices and track incoming payments • Assist with payroll processing (if applicable) • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records • Assist CPA or tax preparer with year-end reporting • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar) • Strong understanding of GAAP principles • Experience with account reconciliations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
