• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law • Personnel administration and pre-payroll processes • Social Security and housing fund processes • Document control and labor audit preparation • Basic HR KPI reporting
