• Supports sales leaders’ team to achieve sales targets through active participation in contractual/reporting execution of tasks. • Acts as liaison with internal and external customers and cross functional sales teams to create functional RFP process and manages the pipeline of proposals and quotes. • Performs audit functions to identify weaknesses in data gathering/reporting and providing recommendations in order to ensure overall integrity. • Facilitates successful implementation of new programs as they pertain to contracts by ensuring a well-defined and efficient process and communication plan. • Generate reports related to sales activities and revenue data. • Responsible for renewal process and notification to sales. • Reconciles with accounting revenue - in cooperation with Finance. • Follows-up with Customers for collection of accounts receivable. • Monitors and improves our contract management process. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 7 years in business administration, sales support, or relevant experience • Municipal experience preferred but not required • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
