📋 Description

• Regional Director of Business Development based in Quebec/Ontario, Canada; responsible for client relationships and pricing proposals. • Build and maintain relationships with client personnel; create pricing proposals; manage territory pricing with travel allowances. • Support Operations planning meetings, scope changes and execution; secure client purchase orders; manage accounts receivable and fees; deliver Lessons Learned reports; lead sales presentations. • Travel up to 40 overnights per year; in-plant meetings and walk-arounds; RTI core cleaning processes training.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in consultative sales with strong presentation skills and/or 5 years’ experience as a process operator in a refinery or chemical plant. • Valid Driver’s License. • Bilingual in French. • Willing to travel up to 40 overnights per year. • Understand common industry piping circuits and equipment (PFD or P&ID interpretation). • Ability to present RTI core cleaning processes to clients. • Basic communication skills: grammar, spelling, enunciation, brevity and confidence in a group presentation setting. • Bachelor’s Degree (ChE, ME or BSBA preferred).
