📋 Description

• Serve as advisor on employee relations and engagement matters • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/personnel records and manage the HRIS • Analyze departmental needs and improve human resources processes in alignment with strategies, policies, and processes • Author and edit company policies and perform administrative functions • Liaise with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign and manage social media pages • Develop and execute candidate-facing communications on social media and recruitment sites • Establish social media and online recruiting campaigns • Design and implement employer branding strategies • Provide strategic support to Talent Acquisition on culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction • Assist with onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, and terminations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding • Experience with HRIS • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms • Responsible, with a sense of urgency and initiative • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities • Resilient to learn continuously in a startup • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
