âą Responsible for the registration and scheduling of patients in a call center environment âą Accurately and efficiently schedule new and existing patients âą Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a timely, pleasant and professional manner âą Communicate all pertinent patient information âą Verify and document insurance information âą Maintain and update assigned appointment reports
đŻ Requirements
âą High School diploma/GED or equivalent âą Customer service experience âą Previous experience in a healthcare facility in relation to pre-registration or appointment scheduling preferred âą Previous experience in a call-center environment preferred
