📋 Description

• Lead the successful execution of the Data Center project portfolio. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations. • Establish delivery governance, reporting cadence, and executive reviews. • Drive consistency across project execution, forecasting, risk management, and customer communications. • Lead recovery plans for projects requiring executive intervention. • Manage a portfolio of complex mission-critical projects. • Balance priorities across multiple customers, sites, and project teams. • Develop portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics. • Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the delivery organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading large industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects. • Hyperscale or colocation data center experience. • Industrial automation or controls systems experience. • Proven experience managing complex project portfolios exceeding $25M. • Demonstrated success leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams. • Strong program management and portfolio management experience. • Experience managing customer relationships at the executive level. • Experience coordinating with EPC firms, construction managers, and commissioning teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
