📋 Description

• Outreach and customer service: respond in real time via webchat and WhatsApp, answering questions and advising prospective students interested in the institution's on-campus undergraduate programs. • In-person service: welcome candidates and their families on site, present the institution, and provide information and guidance to prospective undergraduate students. • Lead and CRM management: record and update information in the CRM system, monitor inbound leads, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all interactions. • Negotiation and enrollment closing: present offers, negotiate and close enrollments, managing the full commercial cycle from qualification to contract signing. • Results and targets: meet and exceed recruitment and closing targets, converting opportunities into concrete results for the institution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. • Dynamic, proactive profile. • Customer service experience. • Empathy and patience, especially when working with young people. • Clear and persuasive communication skills, especially written communication for interactions via instant messaging and email. • Experience in customer service and sales (preferred). • Experience working in educational institutions (preferred). • Experience with CRM systems (preferred). • Ability to quickly learn new systems (preferred). • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (preferred). • Knowledge of the technology/computing sector (preferred). • Knowledge of the creative industry/design/communication sector (preferred).
