📋 Description
• Lead sourcing and conduct screening interviews for junior-level roles • Review and screen applications, prepare structured shortlists • Design and manage candidate application workflows • Own end-to-end interview scheduling • Prepare application and assessment materials • Partner with hiring managers throughout the process • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS • Use AI tools to improve recruitment workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using AI tools • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • A genuine interest in building a career in Recruitment and People • Able to work independently
