• Able to establish and execute a sales strategy for Indonesia. • Maximize sales revenue to meet and exceed sales targets. • Maintain and build a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continued growth. • Maintain, build, and manage strong working relationships with agents and other channel partners. • Travelling in Indonesia to seek out new opportunities and customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to maximize upselling potential and repeat business. • To share knowledge, best practice and experience with the wider Taylor and Francis product and sales teams.
• At least 3 years previous experience from a sales position preferred • Consultative sales skills and a customer focused approach • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Speak and Write) • Ability to create and maintain positive and effective relationships with external customers • Proactive and independent approach to managing your work • A clear communicator both in writing, through remote communication tools and in-person, including confident presentation skills • Competent user of core MS Office and familiarity with CRM databases
